Yonezawa Shinkin Bank employees visited as part of a Yamagata University Certified Industry-Academia-Financial Institution Joint Cooperation Coordinator Development Course workshop.

An employee who graduated from Yonezawa Technical High School last year greeted the students, enthusiastically informing that “three years of specialized study pays off with a rewarding job.”

To further theoretical understanding of machining technology at our company, we invited Professor Takeda and Associate Professor Kaneko of Yamagata University Faculty of Engineering to lead a special training seminar. Over a total of 63 hours spanning 6 months, all employees attended two courses, entitled “About Machining Materials” and “About Electrical Discharge Machining.”

Through ongoing training focused on specialized technical content, we hope to provide our customers with even more precise and swift machining services.

Utilizing the valuable feedback received, we will continue to improve our manufacturing operations. Thank you very much.
