Surface grinding: Utilizes a rotating grind wheel adjustable for height and a table capable of movement both longitudinally and across the face of the wheel.
Form grinding: A profile that is added to the face of the wheel. The profile is then imparted onto the workpiece during grinding.
Utilizing ultra-thin electrode wires, our wire-cut EDM machines are capable of cutting both two dimensionally and with different profiles on the top and bottom of a workpiece.
Wire-cut EDM can be used to cut conductive metals regardless of hardness as well as metals that are difficult to machine with other methods.
Sinker EDM utilizes electrical discharges between two electrodes to shape a workpiece, providing superior surface finish.
This process can be applied to extremely hard materials and intricate parts that cannot be machined by other methods.
Aiming for extremely high-precision, fine, high-quality output, our company can produce parts with a surface roughness of 0.8μm and a machining accuracy of ±1.5μm.
Surface Finishing: For chamfering and other cases when machines are not precise enough, we hand-finish workpieces using diamond files and utility blades.
Additionally, IEPCO micro-blasting technology is used to clean rough surfaces and prepare workpieces with a smooth, fine finish.
Heat Treatment: Heat treatment processes allow us to improve the properties of a workpiece. Through quenching, the rapid cooling of a workpiece, and cryogenic treatment using liquid nitrogen, we are able to remove residual stresses, increase dimensional stability, and improve wear resistance of materials.
