metal parts that exceeds customers’ expectations with high-quality products and services.
Environmental Policy
We want to be a company that pays full attention to the global environment preservation
because we are aware that passing on a comfortable regional environment to the next
generation in good shape is our essential obligation.
- Production division and quality assurance team work continuous day shifts (including Saturdays and Sundays) so that both sales and production management can promptly respond to customers’ requirements as-needed basis, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- To meet our customers’ needs, we handle a large amount of varied small-lot production as well as mass production.Our optimal production scheduling with topnotch IT and managing technologies enables us to handle all sorts of products including the following: small-lot products, mass-produced products, fully and partially processed products, high precision products, and expedited products. The said production scheduling makes it possible for us to manage and process products before the delivery dates.
We enter performance data in a real-time basis, and after leveling the schedule, we share information such as load status and delivery violations to facilitate the leader of each division going over production materials for optimized process input.
Moreover, we handle unexpected accidents in the least time possible by using mobile phones.
- To prevent non-conformities from incoming or outgoing, we carry out standardized incoming and in-process inspections in the manufacturing process.
The accuracy of the inspection tools and instruments are examined periodically by the Quality Assurance Team.
In the Quality Assurance Team, we use a high accuracy, contact or non-contact probe Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) during the incoming, in-process and shipping inspections to evaluate whether or not the products meet customers’ requested accuracy and quality. We implement a solid evidence management system for data inspection and accuracy control to ensure customer satisfactions.
- Environmental temperature is considered to be as one of the most critical elements in high precision parts processing. Differences in temperature among products, processing machines, processing solutions, and measurement equipment prevent us from processing or measuring precisely.
We make it possible to achieve high precision parts processing by utilizing 14 large-scale air conditioners in our windowless factory that enables us to maintain a constant temperature by blocking the direct sunlight. We control temperature within our stipulated range of plus or minus 2 degrees Celsius to keep the temperatures of the machine and the work constant at all times.
- We fully recognize the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of our customers' information. In order to do so, we installed vein authentication systems, open/close door and window sensors, and security cameras in each division to monitor the access of people, whether it is from the inside or outside of the factory. Photographing or videotaping is prohibited inside the factory.
